Learn how to deal with emotions as they show up in your meditation so you are better prepared for daily life.

Once you register, you will be sent a link via email with information on logging in to the event on Zoom.  We’ll also send a reminder email the day before the event.

Do I Need to do Anything to Prepare?

Find a comfortable spot either indoors or outdoors. If you’d like to take any notes from the teaching part of the webinar, bring pen and paper.   

Will the Class be Recorded?

Yes, all registrants will be sent a recording of the class.

Who is the Instructor?

Meet Berni!

The founder of Berni K’s Rest Revolution, Berni is dedicated to helping others find natural meditative moments to hit the reset button. Berni often combines her meditation coaching with her love of the outdoors to help other tap into their natural meditative states.

Berni Kozlowski is a certified meditation teacher who has worked with nearly 3,000 people to help them find deeper ease in everyday life. With a master’s degree in Biology, 25 years in a traditional classroom, and a love for nature, Berni brings a research based approach and a unique style of teaching which appeals to people dealing with stress and racing thoughts who are looking for more joy in life.

Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Berni spends her free time hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
